2 years in the software industry

Hello all, I want to celebrate an occasion with you all.

I have finished 2 years in the software industry, I want to share some of the rare skills to possess as a developer which I learned from my seniors in the industry. I also want to thank them for helping me grow.

But also these rare skills will outgrow your career for sure.
- Solve Problems, and take them as challenges.
- Write what you build, and share knowledge with society.
- Write tests on your own, don’t rely on others. Unit tests, Integration tests are very helpful.
- it’s not all about doing leetcode and solving DSA, these are the basics. You should know it.
- Help your friends, family, and society in their job search, layoffs etc.
- Investing and learning fintech
- Compare Performances, KPIs
- Networking
- Data Analytics (Analytics of what you are building)
- Social Media Marketing
- Personal Branding > Company Branding
- Do whatever makes you happy, don’t rush. Rat races are temporary, you are permanent.
